A design fee requires that we review the request. Sometimes we ask for more clarification from the client or the municipal code authority. Once we have a full understanding of the project we will send a service agreement for review and approval.
The time for design completion depends on the complexity of the project and our work schedule. Once we have determined the scope of the project we will give you an estimate of the time for completion. The better the understanding that the client has of what they need and want, i.e., not requiring ongoing changes during the design process, the better we are able to meet the promised time schedule.
Every design we provide includes the required calculations and design drawings necessary for the permitting process and is signed and sealed by a Registered Engineer and/or Architect in the State of Arizona.
